at the Camarillo Public Library

REUNION EXPENSES

1. Determine individual Reunion expense items and establish total expenses, including:

A.Dining/beverage choices: plated, buffet, hors d'oeuvres.

B. Disc Jockey: Research & contract,

C. Decorations

D. Other potential expenses.

2. Begin to determine of cost per person.

3. Estimate, or set, an announcement date for final cost per person.

ADDITIONAL REUNION PLANNING ITEMS:OPEN EACH ITEM FOR PRELIMINARY DISCUSSION, AND ESTABLISH FUTURE ORDER IN PLANNING PROCESS.

1. Reunion evening schedule: Happy hour, dinner, “open mic” time, recognitions, door prizes, dancing, etc.

2.Music playlist & schedule.

3. Room set-up: What goes where?

4.Table set-up: Linens, Additional centerpieces?

5.Check-in table: Set-up, greeters?

6.Name tags: Design & production.

7.Attendee photos upon arrival.

8. Signs, banners, displays & decorations.

9.Memorial display of deceased class members.

10.Dress code.

11.Door prizes. Reach out to class members or merchants for donations.

12.Reunion Memory Book: Suggested content, length of individual submissions, how to submit, how to distribute.

13.Photo CD/DVD of pictures taken during the evening: How to collect & distribute.

14.Day-After Picnic: Location, time, etc.

15.Hotel room information.

16.Recognition categories: Farthest travel, most grandchildren, least hair, etc.?

17.Other planning items as suggested by committee members.
